Frédéric Louis Ritter

Frédéric Louis Ritter
Ritter was not only a composer but often wrote about music. The French-born composer immigrated to the United States when he was 23 years old. His expansive music library, which included major treatises and many European works, immigrated with him and was notable for the time and for his young age.
