James Laughlin
James Laughlin founded New Directions, which published literary works by Tennessee Williams, Ezra Pound, William Carlos Williams, and countless other notable American writers. Laughlin's own texts have been set to music by John Musto in Musto's song cycle Viva Sweet Love.
